Responsibilities
● Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
● Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
● Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
● Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
● Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
● Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
● Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals
● Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
● Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
● Other duties as assigned.
